Ali Madad is designer, writer and educator. His writings and design have been published in Graphic Design: A New History, Design Institute, How Magazine and Étapes to name a few.

As a practitioner, Ali lead teams at Ogilvy & Mather's Brand Integration Group, Rockwell Group, Interbrand and 19 Entertainment before forming SCTY, Inc.

Ali has lectured and held workshops worldwide, from Houston, TX to Seoul, South Korea. He was Visiting Artist at Cooper Union and is a Visiting Associate Professor at Pratt Institute.

Ali teaches in the MFA Communications Design program.
