Communications is based in a process of exchange - it is the result of a reciprocal connection between message and response. Each message is filtered through an individual's experiences and identity to achieve a level of interpretation. In my view, resonance occurs when communications results in self-awareness and engagement. This thesis examines this definition of resonance through the experience of orientation.
